October Coronavirus Subvariant Strain Diagnosis:

From October 7th -20th, through 2.5 weeks ago, I was diagnosed with a subvariant,

viral strain of Coronavirus. I was diagnosed with the Coronavirus strain known as:

"Eres."


Inception of inclusive details of symptoms included were: 1. Fever 2. Chills

3. Headache 4. Strep throat or sore throat 5. Mucus 6. Cough 7. Loss of smell 8. Loss

of taste 9. Weight loss 10. Dehydration 11. Loss of appetite 12. Muscle fatigue.

13. Confusion 14. Memory loss 15. Nausea.


Notes document on Friday, October 20th, 2023, 6:55 PM. I have finished 10 days.

2X in 10 of Paxlovid antivirals, Mucinex mucus decongestant and a cough suppressant

tablet medication proscription, Tylenol for fever reducer and asthma inhaler albuterol.


Conclusion Summary: I continue to further make improvement towards recovery. I had

a telehealth WellCare visit from my assigned supporting doctor to my assigned medical case.


1st trial and then an in-person visit from the nurse practitioner for an X-ray and stool test. The tests focus answers to examine checked for parasites and settled mucus build-up decongestion evidence of apparent pneumonia present. Both tests came out normal.


Now, I further continue to recover. I pray daily in effort to restore returned back to work.
