American Tourist and his Elderly Wife, Raped on Yacht by Escaped Cartel Gang Member in Caribbean then Afterwards She and Spouse were Thrown Overboard and Murdered by Guerilla Escaped Convict Terrorist

Wednesday, March 20th, 2024, 11:03 PM reporting from Monday, March 11th, 2024, 8:00 AM- Caribbean Ocean Report- A Virigina couple from the United States were on pleasure in the Caribbean sailing on their chartered boat when terrorist guerrilla fugitive killed the woman's husband then raped her killing the 71-year-old elderly woman according to authorities. They were tossed overboard their personal yacht overboard and allegedly assumed to be presumed dead after guerilla fugitives escaped the prior 30 days.

Royal Grenada Authorities issued a corresponding press release in their ongoing case, saying in response that according to a bystander told to the Daily Mail, "Atiba Stanislaus was charged by the Grenadian police with one count of rape on Kathy Brandel."

Capital murder charges had been filed by the Royal Grenada Police Task Force and warrant had been issued for Mr. Stanislaus's arrest in connection the murders. 25-year-old Stanislaus, aside with 30-year-old Ron Mitchell and 23-year-old Trevon Robertson, were charged with two counts of capital murders for the homicides of Brandel and Ralph Hendry. The individual three murder suspects in connection to the crime had received multiple charges.

Additional charges in addition, included charges of unlawful escape of custody, home burglary invasion, robbery, and two counts of kidnapping.

As Blaze News previously reported, Brandel and Hendry were sailing their yacht on a "dream" boating voyage in the Caribbean. The 27-year-old married couple now presently deceased had anchored their boat in Grenada's capital of St. George's

The American tourist charter yacht, titled the proper name given for their property called Simplicity, and had been located on February 21st by police in the juxtaposed neighboring island of St. Vincent and Grenadines.

Police had search and rescue teams scope the uncharted waters at night for the missing remains of Brandel and Henry but were unsuccessful according to law enforcement officials, but the hope isn't quitted with the crime scenario out of hand even if the yacht was "consistent with patterns of violence."

"The entire interior of the vessel and its decks were ransacked," the Coast Guard’s commanding officer reportedly wrote in an internal memo.

Brendel and Henry's personal property were ubiquitous everywhere laid on the sea vessel and blood stains seeped among the craft found throughout the yacht, reported by law enforcement officials.

There is probable cause by crime scene forensic analysists that the three murder suspects borrowed the boat that day after the fugitives escaped prison in Grenada prior in Feb. 18.

Grenada police commissioner Don McKenzie said in a news conference that the escaped convicts "disposed of the occupants" while sailing the hijacked yacht between Grenada and St. Vincent.

The bodies of Brandel and Hendry have yet to be found.

The couple were experienced boaters and had been sailing for more than a decade.

Brandel's son — Nick Buro — told WRC-TV, "They were super careful to be safe all the time. Everywhere they went everything they did, safety was their top, top concern. So, this unfortunate accident, I think, it came out of nowhere for them."

"This is something that is completely unexpected," Buro added. "And wrapping our brains around it and trying to understand a senseless act of violence against two people while they were just living their lives in their home, essentially, because Simplicity was their home. They didn't have another home.... And having that safety and security taken away from them abruptly and [having] them attacked ... where they live, it's just, it's unimaginable."

25-year-old Atiba Stanislaus accompanied with 30-year-old Ron Mitchell and the 3rd suspect accomplice complicit the crime identified as Trevon Robertson were cited detained arrest into police custody and charged for theft.

Ron Mitchelle had also been charged with one count of sexual assault, three counts of attempted rape, and two counts of inappropriate or indecent sexual assault through alleged misconduct, and afflicting several battery charges, according to Grenada authorities.
