Female Snowboarder that Skied on a Ski Ridge for 15 Hours Locked, in a Ski Gondola in Subzero Temperatures, Freezes of Hypothermia, Flickering Feet and Hands Attempting to Keep Thermal Insulation

Monday, January 29th, 2024, 10:00 PM reporting from Sunday, January 28th, 2024- Lake Tahoe- It's been 15 hours unprecedented since the recent passed accounts when a female snowboarder was trapped, practically caged inside a ski gondola in subzero temperatures, of a ski gondola among of freezing temperatures at a Lake Tahoe resort, a story distributed by the Disassociated Depress. The snow border, was insulating, keeping warm by flickering her hands and feet by friction snapped together.

According to the Gondola Ski Lodge Operation's Manager, Monica Laso was caged into a gondola at Heavenly Ski resort around 5:00 PM on Thursday. She intended to ride the gondola down the track of the mountain side, when all of a sudden, the gondola stopped shorting out. Just minutes prior, she was high up locked in the gondola caged, swaying in the sky.

Miss Laso cried for help. No one heard her plead for immediate rescue. No one could hear her on the surface. She had no telecommunications equipment to make a phone call or iPhone device. There wasn't anyone in the area to assist her according to a response documented from the KCRA. She continued her confession, saying, ""I screamed desperately until I lost my voice,” Laso said in Spanish during an interview with the television station.

She consciously had the repeated memory recollected of her survival skills that kicked into function to help her beat her body going into shock of fridge temperatures of hypothermia, after rubbing her hands and feet to maintain insulation. She kept thoroughly warm according to the report. The temperatures in the region dipped under to 23 degrees that late afternoon.

The friend's associated to Laso had reported her lost after 24 hours of an APB put on her unknown to be found or unshown missing by El Dorado County Sheriff's Office on Thursday after she failed and attempt to return from her nature entourage on the elevation. Vice President of the Gondola Resorts, Tom Fortune and CEO responded in statement, saying that "[t]he safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority at Heavenly Mountain Resort."

Battalion chief expert and coordinator Kim George, of South Lake Tahoe Fire Emergency Management Rescue, stated paramedics were dispensed to the resort at the recorded time of 8:30 AM, briefly after Laso was spotted at by the resort.
