Mountain Wilderness Region in L.A. Forest Sparks Fire Burning an Increase 15,600 Acres for Evacuations

Brushfire Burning 15,600 Acres, Causing Massive Evacuations of Residences Close to L.A. Mountains Region
Monday June 17th, 2024, 2:13-3:30 PM- Los Angeles California- A brush fire sparked, causing 15,600 to burn of wooded dry land which under is 14,600 in other places with the city limits. The Los Angeles Recreation Park had been ordered for closure by the California Department Forestry Services and the California Fire Protection Agency.
There were immediate evacuation orders prompted for Gorman, California along the Tejon Pass Trail region of Los Angeles County. 1,000 tourists were ordered to safely evacuate the recreation park for public safety, shutting down the forestry wilderness tourist spot for a day on Father's Day. The 15,600 burning acre fire threatened major transportation highway road travel on rough and out in the Los Angeles metro area. CHP was ordered to shut down major road ramp exits that enter the park's location in the direction or the burning blaze on Interstate 5 causing a delay in work commuting traffic activity.
