LAPD Release Video Footage Surveillance of Teenager Being Incinerated to Death from Car Burning on Fire

Tuesday, March 12th, 2024, 10:52 PM reporting from Sunday, March 10, 2024, 8:00 PM-Los Angeles- A teenager had been involved in a horrific car crash the previous month, when his car caught on flames, and he incinerated to death. Police finally had authorization to release the surveillance body cam footage of the teen cooked sacrificed to death in closed interior compartment vehicle. This information had also been brought by Daily Mail.

The 16-year-old teen had been identified as Destiny Villanueva. He had been killed in a single-car vehicle impact where the incident damage of the impact subsequently left a wreckage after the 14-year-old driver slammed into a lamp post above while initiating to flee the scene from patrol squad cars. Sheriff squad patrol vehicles in a desperate attempt, tried to flag down the vehicle and attempted to stop it in a high-speed chase, when suddenly the vehicle missing its headlights were burned out hit a lamp post then disbursing ignited into flames, engulfing around the vehicle. The headlights were out since February 20th.

The recently released bodycam footage revealed that one officer on the scene said, "It's rainy conditions, we're not going to go in pursuit."

The officer who was at the scene of the incident took recording surveillance footage from a body cam, after minor statements made in his report. The surveillance footage had been collected as evidence involving detailed depths to enlarge the scope of the investigation. Footage has been collected cross the road trapping an instant the vehicle, make and model, a Toyota Camry has hit a lamp pole at the corners of Balboa and Ventura Boulevard accelerating at high-capacity rate, each individual word of the correspondence.

After the accident, police officers can be seen rushing over to the vehicle. "Can you get out?" one officer asked.

The driver responded, "No." The report noted that the door would not open.

One of the three girls in the vehicle can be heard saying: "I can't get out, my leg's hurting." The officers then break the mangled car windows and slice open the airbag with a pocketknife.

As the flames continued to get worse, the officers told the girls that "you have to get out of the car, get out."

The driver and the adult joined passenger of the Toyota Camry later-on was pushed out force compression of the vehicle, shoved for their lives, but Villaneuva was still caught imprisoned in the backseat. KABC had broken a story that Villaneuva died that night at the same time of the incident.

The police can comment upon verification that the three passengers in the car, thus the other being the driver were associate friends and were neighbors in their community where they all resided. '

When firefighters soon after made it to the disaster, they discovered Villanueva wedged under the driver's seat. The 16-year-old was described by family and friends as a "precious daughter whose light was extinguished far too soon."

The victim's families created an insurance GoFundMe program website for medical expenses following the accident, writing: "Please consider making a donation in honor of Destiny ... Your generosity will provide Angie with the support she needs to focus on what truly matters—honoring the memory of her daughter and finding solace in the midst of this tragedy."
