Malnourished 2-Year-Old Little Girl Bound and Strapped with Duct Tape has been Located by Utility Workers

2-Year-Old Child that's been Strapped by Duct Tape Found by Utility Public Works Family Charged in Case
Tuesday, January 16th, 2024, 9:30 PM reporting from Sunday, January 14th, 2024-Houston Texas- Houston Public Works notified the authorities and Department of Families Service to report a minor 2-year-old child, a little girl, has been found alive badly injured and maimed malnourished after being bound and strapped Duct Tape around her little mouth. Those that committed this heinous act of child endangerment and attempted murder of a minor child is current under police investigation by the Houston Sheriff's Office.
The authorities were called by public works utility technicians after that initially found the girl discovered alive being nonverbal bound tied with duct tape and strapped during the process of attempting to fix a dishwasher, in correspondence by the Fort Worth Star Telegram.
The criminal dispute recommended describes details that the two-year-old child had undergone a series of multiple events of domestic violence committed by unidentified individuals involved that police are determining. The little girl had a brain bleed caused by a concussion to the head. The non-communicable toddler was also starving and had an injury to the kidney.
Pediatricians have been assigned to the little girl's case, and estimated conclusion that she was close to not surviving the life-threatening incident she underwent and not would have made it overnight, had she not been found by public utility technicians, correspondent by the court document outlet.
Fox News Digital reported that the maintenance workers told the authorities that they showed up at an apartment on November 28 to fix a dishwasher. But while repairing the machine, they heard a child crying and soon discovered the girl lying on the living room floor "with her legs duct taped."
The police investigation has led to three possible persons of interest responsible for the child's abandonment and neglectful endangerment. Three people who live at the apartment- Toniesha Deshae Perkins, the girl's cousin: Kenry Joseph, Perkin's boyfriend; and Mya Jhari Breaux-McGruder, the child's teenage aunt has been incarcerated and taken into police custody. They had been charged with injury to a child and unlawful restraint of a person under the age of 18.
The trial lawyer hired to represent Perkins' defense connoted that she intended to plead not guilty. The lawyer for Fluckers didn't make a comment to Fox News Digitial for any supplemental statement on the case. Breaux-McGruder's lawyer, Sally L. Ring replied her 17-year-old client was not respectfully charged.
In Flucker's statement he testified summary of confession, stating he has never seen the little girl with duct tape around her ankles, including that he had only noticed her hands duct taped. He further continued. He went to on to say that that girl was malnourished and would not eat when given food but would frequently sneak food. He included that her hands were constricted to disallow her from doing so.
There were almost under a half dozen other children allegedly living in the apartment and appeared to be in good condition. When law enforcement authorities provided an illustration of the two-old girl, Perkins accused from her children, replying that several times they bind each other up.
The police had asked the children if their parents had done anything unlawful in a statement asked, a pair of six-year-old twins. They both stated that Perkins and Fluckers constricted the little girl strapped up because she "discards" food supply.
One the twins made implied that the girl gets "popped" if she prompts to extract the duct tape, and Fluckers supposedly used his belt to "whoops" the girl, according to Fox News Digitial.
Particularly one of the individual twins spoke, responding to them told, saying any person who requested information about the little girl to say they would be wrapped up too.
