Plane Crash in Kalispell City Montano Incident Sends Heroic First Responders to Arrive on Scene Reported

Thursday August 14th, 2025 10:07 PM- Kalispell Montana- Kalispell deputy police department sheriff's office responded to a plane crash which happened on August 12th causing other small Cessna and flight training instruction planes to reverse taxi due-diligent action in the course awakening of the plane crash at 5 PM MT.

Law enforcement happened to exit the scene following a plane crash at Kalispell City Airport. According to the TSA flight log the pilot on the plane lost control consciousness of the runway. The crash impacted several other multi-vehicle equipment parked aircraft to be wrecked striking the runway on fire.

The Kalispell Police Department, Flathead County Sheriff's Office and local firefighting personnel responded, Flathead County Sheriff Brian Heino confirms with NBC Montana.

The call came in at 2:08 p.m. according to Flathead County Sheriff Brian Heino.



Kalispell Fire Department Chief Jay Hagen claimed his men were working efficiently prudent to battle the fire in a quick timely manner before there is any further destruction to federal partner state property.

The Federal Safety Transportation Board (F.T.S.B) are investigating the source of the incident.

An advanced supplemental report shown that the pilot had medical emergency, lost conscience or go airsick and lost control of the instruments during the landing gear procedure causing a turbulent imbalance crash impact in the runway.

Today at approximately 2:08 PM, the Kalispell Police Department, Kalispell Fire Department, and multiple assisting agencies responded to a plane crash at Kalispell City Airport.

Police officers and fire crews acted quickly to contain and extinguish the blaze, preventing further damage.

Four occupants aboard the aircraft ejected risk prevention, no fatalities reported and no injuries have all been recorded for the report of any victims critically injured during the emergency since the crash as First Responders race administrative network rescue operations on scene. Multiple fires and disasters were multiplying burning out of control several parked planes igniting fires outside the parked planed lanes,

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) have been notified and will assume responsibility for the investigation to determine the cause of the crash.
