ON THIS DAY JUNE 6TH, 2023, 79 YEARS AGO, D-DAY MARKED THE STARTED TRUCE OF
WORLD WAR 2. 195,000 NAVAL PERSONNEL AND 133,000 AMERICAN TROOPS STORMED OMAHA BEACH SWEPT IN NORMANDY FRANCE. THERE WERE 60,000 JOINED FRENCHMEN LEGIONAIRES AND ADDITIONAL TROOPS THAT TEAMED-UP TO
OCCUPY THE LAND AGAINST THE NAZI AXIS POWER FORCES OF GERMANY.
NORMENDY FRANCE WAS A RECONISSANCE MISSION ASSIGNED BY AMERICAN GENERALS AND ADMIRALS THAT DEPLOYED U.S. MILITARY BRANCES TO NORMANDY UNDER THE FRANKLIN D. ROOSEVELT DEMOCRATIC ADMINISTRATION. 2,500 U.S. FORCES DIED ON D-DAY, LOSING THEIR LIVES THE AXIS POWERS OF ENEMY FORCES. SOME RETRIETED ABORTING THEIR MISSION BECAUSE THEY WERE EMPTY OF AMMUNITION.
AT THAT TIME, ONE YEAR LATER IN 1945, WORLD WAR 2 WAS OFFICIALLY DECLARED OVER SEPTEMBER 2ND, 1945. 1945, 1 YEAR AFTER WAS THE YEAR PRESIDENT ROOSEVELT DIED FROM AN UNDERLYING CHRONIC ILLNESS OF POLIO. THE 1945 WAR POWERS ACT WAS SIGNED INTO BY HIM VOTED THROUGH CONGRESS, BEFORE THE EVENT OF FDR'S UNTIMELY DEPARTURE OF LIVING. WE DEDICATE THE D-DAY MEMORIAL RESERVATION MARKED ON THIS DAY OF REMEMBERENCE EVERY YEAR IN HISTORY JUNE 6TH COMMEMORATED. JUNE 6TH IS A LEARNING POINT ON OUR CALENDER THAT TYRANNY IS REAL. TYRANNY IS UGLY AND SHOULD BE A LESSON NOT TO BE REPEATED BUT MUST BE FOUGHT AGAINST REFRAMED TO RESTORE FREEDOM SO OTHER FOREIGN COUNTRIES TO PRACTICE DOING THE SAME CUSTOM.
