My 2024 New Year's Resolution List:

  1. Pray more and praise God.

  2. Read more and research.

  3. Walk more and do more exercise for energy.

  4. Get more sun and focus on positive health.

  5. Eat a modest diet but more amino acid proteins.

  6. Drink more water and 8 cups a day.

  7. Get 12 hours or more sleep and wake up by 10:00 AM.

  8. Take cooler showers to avoid high expensive energy costs.

  9. Limit my coffee usages only 1 cup a day during mornings.

  10. Clean and maintain the household more thoroughly.

  11. Continue consistent meditation practice.

  12. Maintain a confident, positive attitude aspired to others.
